Sleeping under the stars

A few days ago Salem and Darrell slept outside under the stars. They were able to do this a couple times last year and this weekend was the first time sleeping outside for this year.

They slept on the patio comfortably with air mattresses and lots of blankets & pillows. It's always a fun experience for them to have "Dad & me time." Darrell enjoys listening to Salem tell his fun stories and them looking at the stars and talking about space.

I missed my two boys sleeping inside that night. Although, I can't wait until Oaklen is old enough to sleep outside with them too, then maybe mom will get to have "me time."
